Theme: Mental Wellness and Empathy

Inspired by a news article about the prevalence of mental health issues in youths, the cadets created an Instagram page to generate awareness on mental health and the importance of empathising with others. They shared Instagram posts illustrating points on self-care and showing care for others, especially in the school context. Their overarching goal was to dispel negative stereotypes associated with youths facing such challenges.
