Theme: Mental Wellness and Empathy

The cadets launched an Instagram account to raise awareness of mental health issues and the importance of friendship and kindness. They consistently posted uplifting and motivational messages tailored to resonate with the youths in Singapore. In addition, they highlighted how friends can support one another through challenges, reflecting how a supportive and empathetic community can contribute to positive mental well-being.
