Theme: Mental Wellness & Empathy

A group of students initiated a digital campaign with the purpose of encouraging those in need to seek help and to foster positivity. Their strategy involved the creation of an Instagram account with a regular stream of posts and stories, where they shared insights on mental wellness, offering guidance and inspiration through quotes to promote the message that one’s mental health is just as crucial as physical health.
