With the intention of creating greater awareness about the importance of mental health, the students embarked on an Instagram campaign by posting positive affirmations and messages. They also shared about listening to others with empathy and compassion, demonstrating that individuals can support one another in little ways as we work towards destigmatising mental illnesses in our society.
