To promote gratitude towards cleaners.
Many cleaners are underappreciated.
Chinatown Complex Hawker Centre and Maxwell Food Centre.
Encouraged patrons to write “Thank You” notes to the cleaners.
Notes served as an opportunity for the cleaners to know that they are appreciated and motivated to do their job well.
Little Acts of Kindness

Engage the community to write their kindness pledge.
Such that people will carry out more kind acts in their daily life.
Residents wrote kindness pledges which in return, they received a handmade bookmark.
The residents appreciated the bookmarks very much as they felt that these bookmarks took a lot of effort and time to make.

Encouraged residents to write thank-you notes the team has designed to their neighbours. The team covered 4 flats in total at both estates.
Residents realised the things that their neighbour had done for them and thus would like to return the favour to their neighbours in future. Allowed them to appreciate their neighbours more.
