Theme: Mental Wellness & Empathy

This KBA project was focused on the mental health of our community. Through infographics on checking in with oneself and Instagram stories discussing how people may offer kindness to others, the students conveyed the values of empathy, patience and support. They also shared encouraging quotes via Instagram posts, including the message of mindfulness. Overall, the campaign aimed to urge people to practise kindness so that we may foster an environment of genuine care where everyone’s wellness is being prioritised.
