The students’ Instagram initiative was focused on creating awareness of a few mental health conditions and helplines, as well as sharing some encouraging quotes. Through their posts, they hoped to educate youths, particularly their schoolmates, about seeking help when needed as well as prioritising self-care and self-love, especially during tough times.
