Encourage people to be kind and gracious when taking public transport.
Why:
To improve public transport etiquette.
Where:
Public buses and MRTs.
What:
Team encouraged the public to give up their seat to those who are in need of it.
How:
Team approached the public to remind them of good public transport etiquette.

Be gracious to SMRT personnel.
Why:
The SMRT personnel put in hard work to make public transport safe for us everyday.

Team encouraged the public to appreciate the personnel for their efforts.
