Inspire civic mindedness and encourage greater consideration and appreciation for the environment and those who care for it.
Why:
The appearance and functionality of an environment depend on the efforts of all.

West Coast Park.
What:
Spoke about shared responsibility and encouraged the public to start by cleaning up after themselves and respecting facilities.
How:
Corrected the misconception that cleaners should be relied upon in ensuring the cleanliness of the environment.
