Theme: Mental Wellness & Empathy

Feeling inspired to discuss the topic of mental wellness, the cadets gathered quotes and tips on emotional well-being, sharing these on their Instagram page. Additionally, they designed a character to convey a short story on how being bullied can affect someone negatively. They illustrated the importance of practising empathy and being an upstander to counter bullying and other harmful behaviours, thus showing youths that they can do something to extend kindness to others.
