Theme: Neighbourliness

Keen to cultivate a kind and interactive neighbourhood in Tampines, the Guides drew their own characters, created a storyboard, and promoted their comics on Instagram. With intriguing visuals like a capybara as the main character and a rabbit as its neighbour, the Guides tell a story of the 2 neighbours helping each other when in need. The amusing comic thus motivates its readers to lend a helping hand to their own neighbours, encouraging greater neighbourliness.
