Theme: Mental Wellness & Empathy

Inspired to support students dealing with academic stress, the cadets developed a brief video consisting of easy-to-implement tips like staying positive and encouraging oneself. Five trustworthy strategies such as creating a reward system or setting realistic goals, were compiled based on research and shared on Instagram. Under academic pressure, the cadets sought to provide students with the tools they require to achieve and maintain mental wellness.
