Theme: Mental Wellness & Empathy

Using cat mascots to guide their Instagram campaign, the students posted content and messages linked to mental health, self-care and showing compassion for others. They also included an uplifting check-in post for their followers to view and learn more about looking out for the people around them. A key point communicated through the project is that individuals’ mental well-being is just as important as their physical well-being. The students hoped to encourage people to be proactive in spreading kindness as it could just lift the spirits of someone going through a tough time.
