To convey the message of building friendlier neighbourhoods, the cadets set up an Instagram page where they posted various tips on how to be a better neighbour. From greeting one another and helping each other out, to managing conflicts in a calm manner, the team hoped to inspire people to cultivate strong ties with their neighbours and strengthen the sense of community around Singapore.
