Aim:
Create positive conversations where friendships can be built.
Why:
Inspire everyday kindness and graciousness in the community.
Where:
Sengkang Community Hub.
What:
Cadets hope to inspire their peers to pay kindness forward by motivating and supporting others in need.
How:
Students were encouraged to pass handwritten notes and packet drinks to other students in the study corner.

Aim:
Deliver cheers to brighten someone’s day.
Why:
Show appreciation to the underappreciated workers in their community.
Where:
Various locations around Sengkang area.
What:
Encourage more to step forward to appreciate the workers and recognise them for their efforts.
How:
Tokens of appreciation consisting of handwritten notes and refreshments were given to 30 cleaners, security guards and elderly caretakers.
