Theme: Mental Wellness & Empathy

A kindness project was initiated by a team of students to deepen their peers’ understanding on self-care and to boost mental wellness. This campaign was implemented both digitally and in-person. Posts on mental wellness were uploaded on Instagram to educate their peers about mental health while a self-care bingo activity was shared online and distributed in school for the group to engage their schoolmates in this kindness campaign, which aimed to emphasise the importance of mental and emotional wellness.
