Theme: Anti-body shaming

Our idea was to use the posting and instastory function on Instagram to create awareness on what body shaming is and the dangers of body shaming. We also wanted to suggest strategies individuals can take to stay positive (mental wellbeing), as well as tips to achieve our ideal body shape and size. Our plan was to post positive messages to encourage everyone, especially our peers and friends in school in their daily lives.
