Theme: Mental Wellness & Empathy

Titled Project M.W.E (Mental Wellness & Empathy), this online campaign focuses on the common causes of stress among youths and steps taken to relieve stress during challenging times. The team did an online survey to gather their schoolmates’ thoughts on well-being and managing stress, and also shared how youths can learn to be more empathetic towards their peers. They stated a few ways in which one can offer support to a friend facing a difficult situation.
